Jenny Tovar is a Family-Based Legal Assistant at Sapon Immigration, where she supports the firm’s attorneys with Family-Based Immigration Petitions and day-to-day office operations. Clients working with Jenny can count on her to help keep their case moving smoothly behind the scenes, from managing paperwork to coordinating with the attorney team.
Prior to joining Sapon Immigration, Jenny worked as a paralegal supporting an attorney inducted into the Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Hall of Fame in 2024, helping manage a caseload of over 100 workers’ compensation cases at a time. This experience sharpened her ability to stay organized and detail-oriented while juggling a high volume of cases, skills she now brings to supporting families navigating the immigration process.
Outside of work, Jenny was born in Texas and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. She enjoys traveling, filming and editing videos, and spending time with family and friends.

Ashley was a pleasure to work with. The citizenship process for an employee can be long, but Ashley provided timely updates and clear communication along the way. It was great success and glad we were able to use Sapon Immigration for this very important endeavor.

Sapon Immigration is incredibly professional and efficient. Through Sapon Immigration my wife was able to obtain her K1 visa for us to be married in the US. Kathleen was very helpful every step of the way and I would recommend their services to anyone who asks!
